Physician Internal Medicine - Competitive Salary

Job Description We are a growing multi-site concierge primary care practice that is looking for outstanding board certified physicians to join the team. A successful candidate will have established themselves as a sought-after leader in their current practice environment. While experience is necessary, one's practice philosophy is paramount. 1. Be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine 2. Build their practice to a peak panel of 200 patients 3. Attain staff privileges at partner hospital 4. Engage in marketing efforts, such as meeting with sub-specialists, to support panel growth 5. See patients in the office M-F, with rare but as-needed visits on the weekend. No formal inpatient responsibilities 6. Be accessible to their small panel of patients 24/7 for urgent matters, unless on vacation or being covered by another physician 7. Express a willingness to engage in all aspects of patient care as needed: fitness testing, EKG acquisition, spirometry, phlebotomy, etc. 8. Leverage exceptional administrative and clinical staff support in care of their patients 9. Support collaborative care by maintaining patient records 10.Build and maintain skill set via ongoing CME and board certification Salary competitive commensurate with experience, guaranteed while building practice.
