This position primarily involves taking finished products off the production line, packing them into boxes, and preparing them for shipment.This is a repetitive, hands-on position, so candidates should be comfortable performing consistent packaging tasks throughout the shift.Key ResponsibilitiesRetrieve finished products from the production linePackage finished products into boxes for shipmentPerform repetitive packing and production tasks efficientlyEnsure products are packaged and labeled accuratelyAssist with picking and order preparation as neededUse RF scanners when requiredLoad and move products throughout the work areaMaintain a clean and organized workstationWork with team members to keep production moving efficientlyQualificationsPrevious warehouse, production, packing, or general labor experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable performing repetitive work throughout the shiftStrong attention to detailProfessional and dependable work ethicAbility to work effectively in a production environmentPreferred ExperiencePacking and packagingWarehouse productionOrder pickingRF scanner useLoadingMaterial handlingWork EnvironmentClean, climate-controlled warehouseLab coat and hair net requiredSafety shoes required starting on the first daySafety shoe stipend provided within the first few weeksRepetitive packaging and production workThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgeton, MO.The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
