Relocation Assistance may be provided.As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll play a key role in Pacific Life's growth and long-term success by building and delivering cutting-edge web solutions to enhance Customer Journey. You will fill a new role that sits on a team of 5 people in the CMD division. Your colleagues will include Senior System Analysts & Engineer fellow professionals that believes in open communication, collaboration & teamwork, continuous learning, innovation and at the same time having fun by virtue or recognitions and celebrations.How you will make an impact:Design, Develop & Deliver end to end solutions to meet business needs and build as per enterprise architecture guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.Own end-to-end feature development, from concept to deployment.Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and system stability concerns.Design, Develop & Maintain end to end CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.The experience you will bring:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ Years of software development experiences with minimum 2 years of experience as Full Stack Engineer.Proven expertise in building and maintaining web applications using modern frameworks and libraries (Angular/React/TypeScript).Strong proficiency in server-side languages (Java, Node.js)Extensive experience with AWS Cloud services and serverless computingSolid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful/GraphQL API design.Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)Proficiency with DevSecOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.Experience with Work Management platforms Azure DevOps or similar platforms.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Works independently with minimal guidanceWhat will make you stand out:Knowledge on Gen AI RAG, MCP patterns is a plus.AWS Certifications (AWS Certified Developer)Familiarity with containerization and orchestration toolsExperience with an Integration Platform like MuleSoft is a plus.Knowledge of best practices in cybersecurity and data protection.You can be who you are.People come first here.
