Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide exceptional home health services throughout the Lenox, MA area. Pay & Benefits New increased skilled visit rates - earn up to $45 per skilled visit Flexible scheduling that works with your availability Mileage reimbursement Ongoing education and professional development Supportive clinical leadership and administrative team What You'll Do As a Home Care COTA, you'll work under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist to provide individualized occupational therapy services in patients' homes. Responsibilities include: Deliver occupational therapy services under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence with daily living activities Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Every visit provides an opportunity to help patients improve their independence, maximize function, and remain safely in the comfort of their own homes.
