IT Project Manager (Media / Broadcasting)Location: New York City, NY (Midtown Manhattan)Position: IT Project ManagerMust Have: 1. Strong understanding of cable/connector types, fabrication, and building tradesDuration: 6+MonthsWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in media/broadcast systems to lead the implementation phase of a high-profile IT infrastructure project. This role requires full-time onsite presence and hands-on coordination with engineering teams and third-party installers.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee planning and execution of complex media system installationsProviding management of the Implementation phase of project for a Media and Broadcast client.Create detailed implementation estimates for services/materials in support of proposal efforts.Develop hardware and material requirements based on construction release documents.Develop pre-build and on-site planning and schedule for the project implementation phase.Manage schedules, resources, and risks across all project phasesServe as the primary onsite client liaison and team supervisorInterpret system diagrams, floorplans, and technical schematicsApprove timesheets and generate progress/material reportsRequired Experience: Proven success managing large-scale professional media system rollouts
