Traveling Electrical Foreman

Lead and supervise electrical crews while promoting a strong safety culture Ensure work meets all code, quality, company, and customer standards Plan and schedule labor and resources, including 2-week look-ahead schedules Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades Monitor productivity, materials, and job progress to meet timelines Use tools such as Procore, BIM, Outlook, Teams, and related technology Mentor and train apprentices and team members Travel from site to site for job assignments lasting from one month to over a year Requirements Graduate of an accredited electrical apprenticeship with at least 2 years relevant work experience (or equivalent education/training) OSHA 10 certification required Active electrical license (Journeyman license may be required based on work) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license preferred Employment is contingent upon passing a drug test and background check Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading electrical crews while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality codes.
