Are you an organized and dedicated Certified Medical Assistant looking for a versatile travel assignment? Bring your expertise to an outpatient physician network in New Jersey! Enjoy a daytime schedule with no weekends, no on-call, and the opportunity to support dynamic ambulatory clinics across multiple practice locations.
Position Overview
Position: Certified Medical Assistant - Float Pool
Location: Teaneck, NJ (Zip: 07666)
Setting: Outpatient Physician Practices / Float Pool (Bergen, Hudson, and Passaic counties)
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift Schedule: Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (Flexible shifts between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, e.g., 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Call/Weekend Requirements: No weekends, no on-call
Minimum Requirements
Certifications: Active CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) national tech certification and BLS required
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional medical assistant experience
Key Skills: Patient intake and rooming, obtaining vital signs, recording patient history/allergies, prescription refills, front desk support, and chart preparation (Bilingual Spanish or Korean is a plus!)
