Principal IT Project Manager

Compensation: $60-$85/hr, depending on experience Location: Garner, North Carolina Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Principal IT Project Manager to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned project manager to lead enterprise-level projects and work closely with business partners to align project outcomes with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Lead cross-functional, enterprise-wide IT projects Mentor and develop project management peers Provide strategic expertise for technology selection Oversee vendor partnerships and project financials Identify and resolve project risks and issues Direct implementation of complex IT initiatives Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends Conduct post-implementation reviews Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent 8+ years of IT/technical project management experience Project Management Professional Certification Experience leading business projects across various areas Proficient in Microsoft Suites and project management tools Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Familiarity with ITIL, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies 5+ years of IT systems technical experience Experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of ERP or MES systems Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary and Long‑term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit Other Information: This position is fully onsite This position requires a background check If you are interested in learning more about the Principal IT Project Manager opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
