What Your Day-to-Day Will Most Likely Look Like

As a Paid Search Specialist, you serve as a bridge between data and strategy. You will:

• Support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and more.
• Track core metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM) and proactively flag trends or performance shifts to the client.
• Manage budget pacing and allocation across channels, ensuring every dollar aligns with client targets.
• Pull and maintain reporting dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets, translating raw data into clear, actionable insights.
• Support A/B testing initiatives for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies based on client hypotheses.
• Maintain impeccable naming conventions, tracking parameters, and QA checks to ensure data integrity across all platforms.

What You Bring

• 3+ years in performance marketing, digital marketing, or analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (data analysis, formulas, and reporting) and the ability to identify trends in complex data sets.
• Deep understanding of how ROAS, CAC, and CPM interact to drive business growth.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to clearly present findings to clients via Slack or video calls.
