Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the effective implementation of nursing practices. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitoring and documenting patient status and responses to treatment.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educating patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Current and valid nursing license in the relevant state.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Prior nursing experience in a clinical setting is favorable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred for specialized roles.
