Hybrid, $95k-$129k. The Family Office Manager oversees financial reporting operations within the Real Estate Managed Services practice. This position manages accounting staff and ensures accurate and timely financial statements for family office clients. Key responsibilities support client accounting and reporting needs, delivering financial information for business decisions manage team workflow and ensure timely completion of deliverables oversee accounts payable processing and cash management prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries coordinate audits and tax returns with outside CPA firms develop accounting policies and procedures advise staff on complex reporting transactions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years related experience proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook experience with QuickBooks Enterprise/Online, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounting strong verbal and written communication skills team leadership and autonomous decision-making abilities Preferred: CPA certification individual income tax experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Andsimple
