This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing client engagements, representing Baker Tilly in the marketplace, and collaborating across service lines to deliver integrated solutions to clients.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA preferred; candidates with a JD or MBA are also encouraged to applyPublic accounting experience preferredTwelve (12)+ years of progressively responsible experience in professional accounting, advisory, or family office servicesDemonstrated success serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and family officesStrong technical accounting expertise, including GAAP, with deep experience supporting partnership structures and fund management companiesExperience with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Sage Intacct, and other Family Office-centric accounting and financial management softwareStrong project management, client engagement management, leadership, and client service skillsTax experience or exposure preferredProven business development experience with a demonstrated track record of originating and growing client relationshipsEstablished professional network within the Dallas-Fort Worth market, including relationships with attorneys, private bankers, wealth advisors, investment professionals, family office leaders, and other centers of influenceStrong executive presence with the ability to cultivate trusted advisor relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and represent Baker Tilly within the Dallas business communityExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholdersThe compensation range for this role is $182,150 to $345,350.
