Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Transactions Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and contract law. The attorney will be responsible for advising clients on a variety of corporate transactions and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating contracts related to corporate transactions
• Advising clients on corporate governance matters
• Conducting due diligence in M&A transactions
• Assisting in merger and acquisition processes
• Providing legal guidance on compliance and regulatory issues
• Collaborating with other legal and business professionals to support corporate initiatives

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, specifically in transactions and M&A
• Strong understanding of corporate governance principles
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
