Licensing Coordinator

The Opportunity Reporting into the Licensing Team Lead, the Licensing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting physicians through the licensing application process, the collection of required physician documents, and outreach through phone/email to State Licensing Boards. The Licensing Coordinator works with our physicians to ensure that they can obtain a license in the state that they will be working in. You will be an integral part of the team here at Medicus Healthcare Solutions, working closely with our internal delivery teams, our physicians, and State Licensing Boards nationwide. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment who is eager to help us support our mission of providing innovative solutions to healthcare problems. This position is located on‑site at our office in Windham, New Hampshire. After 6 months of employment, there is an opportunity to work from home 1‑2x a week.
