Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in the digital space.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using social media platforms for networking and lead generation.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Compensation: Base compensation varies depending on experience. Including commissions, customer service positions can earn up to $70,000 per year and sales positions can earn up to $100,000 per year. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
