Position Overview We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in developing the communication skills they need to thrive both academically and socially. In this role, you'll work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful outcomes for students. What You'll Do Conduct speech-language evaluations, including articulation, expressive/receptive language, fluency, voice, and AAC assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals Provide therapy services in individual, group, and classroom-based settings Support AAC assessment, implementation, and staff training Monitor and document student progress Collaborate with teachers, families, psychologists, OTs, PTs, nurses, and other support staff Foster inclusive and accessible communication environments for all students Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility California SLP License and/or appropriate credential School-based experience preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and educational settings Experience with AAC, autism supports, literacy interventions, or early language development Strong communication and collaboration skills Minimum Requirements Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
