Part-Time Performance Physical Therapist / Sports Rehab Clinician - LA Ortho & Wellness LA Ortho & Wellness is a physician-led orthopedic and regenerative medicine practice in Los Angeles focused on helping active adults stay active longer, preserve function, and maintain the activities that matter to them . We are exploring a part-time / fractional relationship with a performance-oriented physical therapist or sports rehab clinician who enjoys working with active adults and bridging the gap between orthopedic care, rehabilitation, strength, and long-term performance. This is not intended to be a traditional high-volume PT role. We are interested in someone who wants to help build a more integrated model of care around movement, capacity, rehabilitation, and staying active over the long term . Potential areas of involvement may include: movement and functional assessment individualized rehabilitation and exercise programming strength / return-to-activity progression sports and performance-focused care objective reassessment and outcomes tracking collaboration with an orthopedic physician around patient goals and treatment plans helping develop a growing Joint Longevity / active-aging program The initial commitment would be limited and designed to grow with patient demand. We are open to discussing different collaborative structures, including a traditional part-time role or an arrangement with an established independent clinician/practice where legally and operationally appropriate. Ideal background California-licensed physical therapist sports, orthopedic, or performance experience strength & conditioning background strongly preferred CSCS or similar training is a plus comfortable working with active adults across the 40-70+ age range interested in helping patients move beyond "pain relief" toward long-term capacity and activity Location: Los Angeles / Toluca Lake area Schedule: Initially fractional / part-time, with potential to expand as demand grows #J-18808-Ljbffr
