Intermountain Fabrication is seeking an Office Manager to become an integral part of our team.

• Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Office Operations to Ensure Efficiency and Productivity.
• Customer Service
• • Greeting Customers
  • Answering Phones & Emails
• Organization
• Timecard Management
• • Collect Timecards and Record Daily
• Coordination with Managers for Completion of Work Orders.
• • Help Monitor and Track Time and Resources Going into Work Orders.
• Monitor Progress and Update Records Accordingly.
• Inventory Management
• • Track Inventory
  • Order Materials Within Timely Manner
• Part Pickup
• Safety Manager
• • Develop, implement, and oversee the company's safety program.
  • Lead and Organize Weekly Safety Meetings
  • Follow and Enforce OSHA Safety Regulations
  • Conduct Regular Safety Audits and Inspections.
• Assist with Advertising and Social Media

Qualifications:

• Prior Office Manage Experience or Related (2 years)
• Strong Knowledge of Office Management Responsibilities, Systems, and Procedures.
• Organizational Skills and Multitask Abilities
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Microsoft Office Applications (2 years)
• • Excel

• QuickBooks Experience (1 year)
• Inventory Experience (2 years)
• Safety Management (1-2 years)
• Social Media Advertising (preferred)
• Valid Driver's License
• Pass Random Drug Test Screening
