Job Description
Title: Certified Surgical Technologist - Operating Room

Schedule:
- Shift: 10 hours
- Days: 5 days per week
- Start Times: 6:30 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:
- 2+ years of Operating Room experience
- Certification: BLS required, CNOR preferred
- Must be willing to float between Surgery Center and Main OR depending on volume

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons and other healthcare team members during surgeries.
- Handle and manage surgical instruments and supplies.
- Ensure all necessary equipment is available and functioning before procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with surgical staff to promote a safe environment.

Compliance / Notes:
- No weekends, no major holidays, no on-call required.
