Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in San Leandro, CA. Provide skilled evaluation and treatment to patients across multiple settings to help them regain or improve daily living and work-related skills. This role requires clinical judgment, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams while supporting patient-centered goals.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in multiple settings, including inpatient rehabilitation and acute care, preferred.
Current, verifiable clinical experience evaluating and treating adults with neurological and orthopedic diagnoses preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with standardized outcome measures and documentation in an electronic medical record.
Experience with ADL training, splinting, and adaptive equipment recommendations.
