By working alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals and medical leaders, this assignment promises focused learning in best practices, innovative care protocols, and surgical techniques specific to the NICU. You'll add substantial experience with critical care diagnoses, from congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) and meconium aspiration syndrome (MAS) to necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC), esophageal atresia (TEF/EA), abdominal wall defects, bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), pulmonary hypertension, and perioperative care.


Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift
• Friday, Saturday, and one variable weekday shift

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license and PALS certification (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) preferred
• Minimum recent experience in a Level IV/surgical NICU setting
• Expertise in caring for high-acuity neonatal diagnoses
• Commitment to a nicotine-free environment (must pass nicotine and drug screens-no exceptions)
• Flu vaccine required without exceptions
