Regional VP, Hospice Operations & Growth

Gentiva seeks an Area Vice President of Hospice Operations to oversee and elevate multi-site hospice programs across Indiana South. You will lead strategic operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth while maintaining exceptional patient-centered care.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and clinical oversight across home, hospital, and long-term care settings, with the ability to build partnerships and manage quality improvement initiatives.
