Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional service
• Stay up-to-date on Ford's latest models, features, and promotions
• Guide buyers through financing and paperwork
• Follow up with leads to maximize sales opportunities

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience (auto sales preferred, but not requiredwe train the right person!)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Passion for cars and customer satisfaction
