Position Overview

This role features a balanced 50-50 division between inpatient and outpatient care. You will evaluate adult patients and work closely with infectious disease pharmacists and microbiologists to identify pathogens and create comprehensive, evidence-based treatment strategies. In the hospital environment, you will collaborate with attending physicians on acute care management and coordinate discharge plans with care management teams, especially for patients needing long-term IV antibiotic therapy.

Outpatient Responsibilities

In the outpatient clinic, you will monitor patients after discharge, manage ongoing IV antibiotic treatments, and address a variety of infectious diseases, including active tuberculosis.
