Become part of a well-established practice, collaborating with a seasoned adult infectious disease physician and a skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP). You will benefit from integrated support from specialists in hospital medicine, critical care, emergency medicine, and more. This position encompasses both outpatient and inpatient care, where you will evaluate adult patients, work alongside ID pharmacists and microbiologists to develop treatment strategies, and coordinate with care management for discharge and follow-up, including long-term IV antibiotics and infectious disease management.
