Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)Location: Janesville, WI and Beloit, WIAssignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.ScheduleNight ShiftJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in providing exceptional patient care.ResponsibilitiesAdminister prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies and procedures, and state laws.Document patient care according to standards of care.Perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by Physician and clinic policy.Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities, including shared governance.Utilize clinical expertise to provide guidance and support to other departments.Employ critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, escalating concerns through the appropriate chain of command.Engage in professional nursing continuum processes, unit practice decisions, and peer reviews.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureActive Wisconsin RN LicensureEducation verificationBLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certificationsTNCC or TNS certificationWhy ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
