FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team in Lake City. You'll work alongside experienced Physical Therapists in a collaborative outpatient clinic treating a diverse patient population while providing individualized, one-on-one care. Why You'll Enjoy Working Here Flexible PRN schedule One-on-one 40-minute treatment sessions Orthopedic, Balance, Vestibular & Neurological rehabilitation Modern equipment and treatment technology AI-assisted documentation technology Supportive, team-oriented outpatient environment What You'll Do Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility Educate patients on home exercise programs Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist Maintain accurate clinical documentation Deliver compassionate, patient-centered outpatient care Qualifications Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Strong communication and patient care skills Outpatient experience is a plus but not required New graduates are welcome to apply Why FYZICAL?
