Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) Position in Powder Springs, GA - EI, Clinic-Based

Job Overview Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted ABA partner in Powder Springs, GA. This is a full-time, clinic-based position offering a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Job Title: Clinical Supervisor/BCBA Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year (excluding bonuses) Bonus: Additional $50 per hour billed above the minimum requirement Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 Hours: Full‑time, Monday–Friday Location: Powder Springs, GA Core Responsibilities Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand clients. Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence‑based interventions. Manage a caseload of 6–8 clients. Supervise, support, and nurture RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates. Review session notes and data to monitor progress and ensure fidelity. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and empower parents and caregivers through training. Meet or exceed a weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours. Billable & Bonus Structure 27.5 hours per week (55 hours per pay period). Once the requirement is met, eligibility for an additional productivity bonus and one work‑from‑home day in the next pay period. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. Valid BCBA Certification. Active license to practice within Georgia. At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA. Strong leadership, oral, and written communication skills.
