Job Details

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an immediate 13-week contract assignment with the potential for contract-to-hire.

What you'll do:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and case oversight
• Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment recommendations as needed
• Supervise and support RBTs and other clinical team members
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and education
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and documentation

What we're looking for:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills
• Ability to supervise and develop RBTs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to step into an existing clinical environment and make an immediate impact
