What You'll Do

As a Dental Hygienist , you'll provide preventive and periodontal care while helping patients understand the connection between oral health and overall wellness. You'll educate and motivate patients, collaborate with doctors on treatment recommendations, and create a comfortable, judgment-free experience at every visit.

What We're Looking For

• Active state Dental Hygienist license or eligibility for licensure
• Current CPR certification
• A passion for patient education and high-quality clinical care
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Schedule (days/hours)

Tues, Thursday and Friday 8-5
Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
• Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
• New graduates are welcome!
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient care, education and prevention.
• Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.
• A collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates.

Compensation

$50-52 an hour
