Novastone Capital Advisors is seeking a seasoned executive to partner with the firm to search, acquire and lead a small or midsize company as CEO. You will spearhead a 24-month Operator-Led Buyout search with comprehensive support and a meaningful equity upside in the acquired company.
Successful candidates will manage the acquisition process, step into the CEO role, and drive strategic growth, market expansion, and profitability for the selected business in the US. Equal opportunity program.
