We operate a high-volume service environment with consistent workflow, structured processes, and a strong focus on quality repairs. This is an opportunity for an experienced Automotive Technician (A or B level) to step into a steady production shop with reliable hours and strong earning potential. We service a high number of vehicles monthly and continue to grow, creating consistent flat-rate opportunity for skilled technicians. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems Perform accurate, high-quality mechanical repairs Work efficiently in a high-volume production environment Collaborate with service advisors and technicians Follow structured shop processes and workflow systems Ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time Requirements 7+ years of automotive repair experience preferred A or B level technician experience Strong diagnostic and mechanical ability Ability to thrive in a high-volume shop environment Team-oriented and reliable work style Commitment to quality and efficiency Entry-level applicants are not a fit for this role.
