Automotive Service Technician

Experienced Automotive Mechanic
We are looking for an Experienced Automotive Mechanic with several years of hands-on experience and the proper certifications to confidently perform complex diagnostics and repairs. This is not an entry-level role for lube technicians —this position is specifically for a seasoned technician capable of handling, but not limited to, high-level work such as engine, transmission, and other major component repairs.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced mechanical repairs, including but not limited to, engine overhauls, transmission repairs, drive-train work, and complex diagnostic procedures
- Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using manufacturer-approved tools and systems
- Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Work collaboratively with service advisors, parts staff, and other technicians
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Ensure all work complies with dealership and manufacturer standards
Qualifications
- Several years (3+ preferred) of professional automotive technician experience
- Relevant certifications (ASE, manufacturer certifications, or equivalent)
- Strong diagnostic abilities and familiarity with advanced repair procedures
- Proven experience completing engine, transmission, and major mechanical repairs
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
