  • Coordinate invoice reviews, subcontract closeouts, deobligation activities, and documentation retention
  • Support small business subcontracting compliance and eSRS reporting activities
  • Participate in internal compliance reviews and purchasing system audits
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of federal government contract administration experience
  • Strong working knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations, particularly Parts 15 and 44
  • Experience operating in a CPSR-compliant purchasing environment
  • Proven ability to manage compliant contract documentation and maintain audit readiness
  • Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, JAMIS, or similar government contracting ERP/accounting systems
  • Experience supporting funding management, project controls, and contract financial tracking
  • Strong negotiation, documentation, and organizational skills
