We’re looking for someone like you to help create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.**What You'll Work On:*** Assist the OPFOR Support Division (OSD) Chief in overseeing and mentoring 10-15 OPFOR SMEs.* Attend Event Life Cycle (ELC) events as required.* Assist in development, maintenance, and updating of internal SOPs and policies.* Ensure all Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) requirements are submitted on time and that they meet or exceed standards.* Deploy to forward locations to assist with OPFOR operations on occasion.* Ensure all new team members are trained on the Joint Land Component Constructive Capability and that existing team members retain proficiency.* Oversee unit database scrubs and unit lay downs and start file builds.* Run a shift in Red Senior Control opposite the OSD Chief during training events and respond to requests from the Exercise Control Group (ECG) and the HST Team Chief.* Ensure the OPFOR Commander’s intent is executed in JLCCTC and ensures all operations are compliant with current applicable OPFOR doctrine.* During exercise execution, assist in oversight of approximately 100 part-time on call employees.Join us. The world can’t wait.**You Have:*** Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint* Knowledge of Army and Joint regulations and current doctrine* Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 20% of the time* Secret clearance* HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience in the military, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the military**Nice If You Have:*** Experience as a field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major* Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level* Experience with Constructive Simulation Models such as Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) or Warfighters Simulation (WARSIM)* Experience working with the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP)* Knowledge of FM 7-100 series OPFOR doctrine* Possession of excellent problem-solving skills* Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach* Master's degree**Clearance:** Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.**Compensation**At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
