Member Experience Coordinator
Peak Golf Institute
Be the connective tissue between PGI's world-class services and our members. Own the front-of-house experience, coordinate scheduling and onboarding, and ensure every member interaction reflects PGI's standards of excellence. Responsibilities Manage member scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing communications via Mindbody Serve as the primary contact for new member inquiries and evaluation bookings Coordinate with coaches and staff to ensure seamless daily operations Support retention initiatives, renewal outreach, and member feedback loops Requirements Experience in a customer-facing operations or client services role Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Experience with CRM or scheduling software (Mindbody preferred) Passion for golf or high-performance sport environments preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Peak Golf Institute
