Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support their Supply Chain & Operations initiatives!
Location: This role is 100% remote, but it is required that candidates are local to the EST time zone.
Compensation: $70/hour W2
This role is not open on C2C or to third parties.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Lead complex, high-visibility projects within our largest portfolios: Supply Chain and Operations.
- Direct multiple cross-functional teams to achieve defined results within time, budget, and scope for medium-to-high complexity projects.
- Support the implementation of equipment rental software, bridging the gap between product enhancement/support and conversion teams.
- Proactively manage stakeholder priorities.
- Develop project plans, manage resources and vendors, and track milestones.
- Communicate project status and risks to all stakeholders.
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- PMP certification is a must.
- 6+ years of project management experience in Supply Chain and Operations, with 8+ years of IT or related business experience.
- 3-5 years experience implementing project life cycle methodologies.
- Proven ability to influence and manage project teams without direct reporting relationships.
- Experience with SDLC projects using iterative methodologies is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of PMI-based project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and reporting.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and able to act autonomously.
- Exceptional oral and written communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- High-level understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures.
