Geriatric LMFT — Independent, Impactful LTC Therapy

Deer Oaks Behavioral Health seeks an LMFT to provide on-site therapy and related services in LTC facilities. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy for older adults and medically complex residents. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in case discussions, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation while enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule and strong clinical support. #J-18808-Ljbffr Deer Oaks
