Manager in training

$16 - $20 per hour

Overview Join our 8–12 month Position Manager in Training program designed to develop future leaders within our company. You will learn to grow and manage a multi-million dollar annual business by assisting guests with exceptional customer service, teaching a sales staff our product and helping them achieve more alongside you, merchandising and making visual decisions to make our store standard yet appealing to our local clientele, and leading our team with accountability and character. Compensation and Benefits Full-time, benefited position $16–20 an hour during the training program, performance-based pay Upon successful completion of the program, expected first-year earnings of $70K–$80K Must be mobile and willing to relocate for advancement opportunities Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Match, and many other benefits Qualifications Passion for people or fashion, competitive spirit, high energy, and strong communication skills make great candidates #J-18808-Ljbffr
