Senior Contracts Counsel - Construction & Design Projects
Barry-Wehmiller Companies Inc.
Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, part of Barry-Wehmiller, is seeking an experienced attorney to lead contract negotiation and risk management for design and construction projects across our U.S. offices.
You will collaborate with the Executive Team, Project Leadership, Procurement, insurers, and outside counsel to negotiate complex agreements and guide risk decisions from kickoff to close-out. This role requires a JD, state bar admission, and 5+ years in construction-related legal work.
