What you’ll be doing

Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and technician utilization

Lead WIP reviews, service order accuracy, and billing quality

Mentor and develop technicians and field leaders

Act as escalation point for customers and complex technical issues

Travel to job sites to ensure quality, safety, and performance

Partner with dispatch, sales, and leadership to drive efficiency and results

Support team growth through hiring, training, and performance management

Ideal background

✔️ 10+ years of HVAC experience with hands-on technician foundation

✔️ Experience managing service teams (ideally 15–30+ technicians)

✔️ Strong in service operations (WIP, scheduling, billing, customer escalations)

✔️ Commercial HVAC experience (non-residential focus)

✔️ Union experience preferred

✔️ Strong leadership presence — mentor, coach, and “own” the team
