Top 3 Must-Have Skills

• Recent full-cycle recruiting experience using modern ATS platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, or similar) with experience leveraging AI recruiting tools.
• Proven ability to work independently while partnering with geographically distributed/global teams.
• Strong experience managing high-volume corporate recruiting (20+ requisitions simultaneously) and building relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the recruitment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems for candidate tracking and recruiting workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with senior business leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to support cleared recruiting initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for Solution Architects, Technical Sales, Field Sales, or Government/Cleared positions.
• Previous experience recruiting for large technology organizations.
• Agency recruiting background.
• Experience recruiting candidates requiring security clearances.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter II to support a high-volume recruiting team hiring for Global Sales and Worldwide Public Sector organizations . In this role, you will manage 20-30 active requisitions, conduct intake meetings with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, perform candidate assessments, and drive the recruitment process through the onsite interview stage. You will partner closely with senior business leaders and work independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through onsite interviews.
• Handle 20-30 active requisitions simultaneously.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
• Screen candidates and conduct recruiter interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams across multiple locations.
