A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for the  Oracle Database Developer

Position Type: Full time, Hybrid Onsite Contract --- (***Hybrid Position – 3 days onsite and 2 days remote work in a week!!!)
Duration: 12-18 Months contract
Location: Plano, TX 75024

Job Description:
Required Skills and Experience:
Our client Needs a Oracle Database Developer having Min. 6 years of strong experience in Oracle SQL experience and DB Performance Tuning, Linux Shell Scripting, Python, Hadoop / Informatica, Tableau. SAS and other reporting experience a plus along with a recent banking domain experience.

Primary Skill: Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
Secondary Skill: Tableau
Tertiary Skill: SAS

Required Qualifications:
• Min.6+ years of experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL along with DB Performance Tuning, Linux Shell Scripting, Python, Hadoop, and Tableau / SAS reporting and Banking domain experience.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to proactively manage and deliver on assigned work.
• Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, HDFS, HIVE, Starburst, Linux command-line, Oracle query writing and tuning.
• Foundational technical understanding of ETL processing concepts, including technology such as Oracle, Big Data, Starburst and Informatica.
• History of being part of an on-call support team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skilled in facilitating discussions, driving meetings, and capturing concise, actionable meeting notes.

Desired Qualifications:
• Recent experience within Banking domain
• Experience writing clear, testable, and business-focused Acceptance Criteria.
• Recent member of an Agile team using JIRA.

Top 3 Skills
• Oracle
• Linux scripting/coding
• Python

Preferred skills/experience:
• ETL tools like Hadoop or Informatica

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Hourly Pay Rate Range: $55/hr-$58/hr
 *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
