Compensation Range: $40/hr - $45/hr

We're seeking a motivated and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist to support a busy orthopedic and sports medicine practice serving patients throughout Monmouth County, New Jersey . This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced outpatient environment and values teamwork, professional growth, and exceptional patient service.

Travel between nearby office locations may be required to support clinical operations.

What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray examinations following physician orders and established imaging protocols.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring comfort and safety.
• Position patients appropriately to obtain accurate diagnostic images while maintaining radiation safety standards.
• Prepare examination rooms and imaging equipment for daily patient care.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and fellow technologists to support efficient patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation while protecting confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with general clinical support duties as needed to promote a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Radiologic Technologist License required.
• ARRT certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel between nearby practice locations as needed.
• C-Arm experience is a plus, but training is available.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on patient volume.
