RBT Technician

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to promote skill acquisition and behavioral improvement.

Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Maintain open communication with families and caregivers to support client development.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of treatment strategies.

Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards in all client interactions.

Requirements:

Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and families.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
