Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Eatontown, NJ Type: Full-time, direct hire Compensation: $65,000.00 to $68,000.00 Work Model: Onsite Hours: 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PMMaintenance Technician Responsibilities:Perform routine preventative maintenance on high-speed automated production equipment, including print, fold, seal, and mail insertion systemsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and sensor issues on automated machineryRespond to equipment stoppages and breakdowns, assisting with safe and timely repairs to reduce downtimeSupport setup, calibration, installation, and changeovers of precision production equipmentWork with high-speed personalization and document processing systemsComplete preventative maintenance tasks and maintain accurate maintenance recordsSupport continuous operation of industrial mailing and postage equipmentWork closely with production and maintenance teams to improve uptime and equipment performanceFollow all safety, quality, and security procedures in a regulated production environmentMaintenance Technician Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent is required. Post high school vocational schooling/training is highly desiredBasic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilityPrevious manufacturing, maintenance, mechanical, or technical experience preferredAbility to safely use hand and power toolsWillingness to learn electrical, pneumatic, and production systemsAbility to read basic technical documents or schematics is a plusStrong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentFlexible and willing to work 2nd shift (Mon - Fri 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)Willingness and ability to travel internationally for 1 - 2 weeks per year, with advance notice of about 2 months.
