## Computer Systems AdministratorApplylocations: Melbourne, Floridatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R2126908**Title:**Computer Systems AdministratorKBR is seeking a Computer Systems Administrator to support HQ Space Training and Readiness Command located at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida.A strong candidate will have background provisioning computer accounts, troubleshooting connectivity or configuration issues, and interacting with General/Flag officers and their staffs.In this position, you will:**Key Responsibilities:*** Provide technical support for communications equipment, peripherals, networks, and software.* Provide technical guidance in use of Microsoft Windows, peripheral/shared drive mapping, browser compatibility / configuration.* Configure / maintain government-issued cell phones.* Troubleshoot error messages, provide technical solutions, and open trouble tickets.* Support users at all STARCOM HQ locations.* Support and resolve issues within PWS-specified timelines.* Provide systems accounts for NIPRNet and SIPRNET and systems support.* Set up or modify user access to the classified internet and e-mail accounts.* Troubleshoot connectivity or configuration issues.**Qualifications:****Required:*** An active TS/SCI clearance is required to be considered for this job, which is something only a U.S. citizen can obtain.* Security + Certification.* 5+ years of experience supporting DoD networks and working with Comm Focal Points.* Knowledge of USAF and US Space Force Information Technology policies and procedures.* Self-Starter with the ability to work independently.* Accustomed to professionally working with senior leaders.* Experience with providing technical guidance to users.* Ability to multi-task and produce high-quality products in a high-tempo, collaborative environment.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel).* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* The ability to work in a secure, confined location (i.e., SCIF).**Desired:*** BA/BS Degree* Headquarters, Combatant Command or MAJCOM/Field Command experience.**Scheduled Weekly Hours:**40hrs**Work Environment:*** **Location:** On-site* **Travel Requirements:** Minimal 0-20%* **Working Hours:** Standard**KBR Benefits**KBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
