This role is responsible for deep cleaning kitchen spaces, equipment, food preparation areas, storage areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure all culinary operations are prepared for the next business day.The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high sanitation standards, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and contributes to a safe, organized, and positive work environment.
