Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry / IMC / PCU / Stepdown unit setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Float within specialty and skillset as operationally required

Required Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Ability to work every other weekend, with 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Telemetry, IMC, PCU, or Stepdown unit
• Demonstrated ability to float within specialty area and adapt to varying patient acuity levels
