Job Description Job Description Join Our Team as a PT DSP in Bismarck/Mandan, ND! Are you a weekend warrior with a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities? If so, Enable, Inc in Bismarck is looking for you to join our team as a PT DSP! As a PT DSP, you will have the opportunity to work weekends to provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. Job Types: Part-time every other weekend, Part-time every other weekend, and 1 -2 evenings a week, Part-Time mornings and every other weekend. Salary: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience) Benefits: 401(k) matching Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Paid time off Yearly anniversary recognition Job Responsibilities: Assist individuals with disabilities with daily living activities Provide guidance and support in community outings and social activities Administer medications and assist with medical needs as required Document individual progress and report any concerns to supervisor Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure the highest level of care If you have a flexible schedule and are available to work weekends, we want to hear from you! Experience in the field of developmental disabilities is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Basic math and basic computer skills.
